Pancakes

Ingredients:
 500g flour
6 eggs
Milk
Butter
Utensils:
 Whisk
Bowl
Spoon
Frying pan
Method:

1. Put five of the six eggs in the bowl, along with the flour.

2. Mix well, with an electric whisk preferably - it's much faster.

3. Then add about two tablespoons of milk.

4. Next put the last egg in...

Egg yolk!

5. Then get out some butter, and put it in the microwave for about thirty seconds.

6. Pour the butter into the mixture, and add some more milk.
(Be careful - the the whisk can get stuck in the mixture!)
You may have to scrape it off with a spoon...

7. By now it should look more liquid.

Just an other whisk...

Or two...

8. Great! Now put it in the fridge for about an hour to allow it to cool and set.

9. Heat up the stove and place a frying pan on it.

10. Place some butter in the frying pan and wait for it to melt.
The melting may take a little while the first time, but then speeds up.

11. Pour in the pancake batter!

Meep!
12. Flip the pancake so each side gets cooked! (Or, if you're feeling less brave, just use a spatula and turn it over.)

13. It should look like this when it's cooked!

Brilliant! Place the pancake in the oven while the others are being cooked.

YUM!

*sigh* I could eat a gazillion of those...

Bye for now!

    2. They're definitely different then American pancakes... But I'm sure they're good! :D The only problem is we use cup measurements, not grams... I think the whole world should just decide on ONE type of measurement! DX

Yeah, I think the world should agree on one measurement too XD
Cups are really simple, so we'll try and use them on this blog in future ^.^
